At Salsa and Sonrisa, salsa is definitely not a sauce, but a fusion of Latin rhythms in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.
So whether you have two left feet, are introvert or extrovert, young or old it is a great way to meet people and keep fit without even trying.
Established in Stamford for over 8 years, the team of experienced dance instructors led by Sonia, will guide you step by step through these popular dances. You can find more details of the team members here
